WaveLight® FS200 Femtosecond Laser
The WaveLight® FS200 Femtosecond Laser is at the cutting edge of refractive technology. This laser integrates new functions to deliver fast, effective and extremely reliable femtosecond laser treatments, including typical standard flap creation in roughly 6.0 seconds.
In addition to supporting both custom and circular-shape flap parameters, the WaveLight® FS200 Femtosecond Laser also supports a variety of additional applications, including intracorneal ring segments along with penetrating and lamellar keratoplasties.
The WaveLight® FS200 has also been ergonomically optimized to combine with the WaveLight® EX500 Excimer Laser to provide an impressive standard of reliability and precision. Each laser system is linked to the WaveLight® diagnostic system to provide seamless and efficient data transfer and treatment planning. This results in extremely effective procedures for patients.
Faster Laser Vision Correction Procedures
An exclusive scanning algorithm, an optimized repetition rate of 200 kHz, and customizable spacing and energy parameters work together to make the WaveLight® FS200 the fastest femtosecond laser flap creation platform in the World.
The WaveLight® FS200 Laser also forms a tunnel to vent gas produced during flap creation, which minimizes Opaque Bubble Layer (OBL) issues. This means the excimer laser treatment can be performed immediately after the flap cut, which results in faster overall refractive procedures.
